Rhizome Citizen Redefined Welcome Form

We are absolutely thrilled to invite you to Rhizome’s Citizen Redefined retreat. This form is designed to serve two key purposes: to help our team at Citizen University know you better, and to provide Rhizome with the necessary information to host us in Miami. By understanding your unique needs, experiences, and insights, we can tailor this program to best serve you and your fellow participants.
